The policy
You have 14 days from delivery to request a return or exchange. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. Final-sale items, gift cards, and made-to-measure pieces are not eligible.
Customers cover return shipping. Defective or damaged items are fully covered — email returns@manemy.com within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will send a prepaid label.
How to start a return
Email us
Write to returns@manemy.com with your order number, the item(s) you want to return, and the reason. If the item is defective, attach photos.
Receive return instructions
We will reply within 24–48 hours with the return address and, for defective items, a prepaid shipping label.
Ship the item back
Pack the item with original tags attached. We recommend tracked shipping — we are not responsible for items lost in transit.
Receive your refund
Once we receive and inspect the item, approved refunds return to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Exchanges
Need a different size? Email returns@manemy.com within 14 days of delivery. Subject to availability — we will confirm the replacement size before you ship the original back.
Pre-order cancellations
Pre-orders can be cancelled for a full refund within 14 days of purchase. After 14 days, cancellation depends on whether production has started on your size — we will confirm by email. Once your specific piece enters production, the order becomes non-refundable. Full terms in our Refund Policy.
Damaged or defective items
If your set arrives damaged or with a defect, email returns@manemy.com within 7 days of delivery with photos. We cover return shipping and either repair, replace, or refund — your choice.
