This website is operated by ManEmy LLC ("ManEmy," "we," "us," or "our"). By visiting manemy.com or making a purchase, you agree to the terms below.

1. Eligibility & Account Use

By using our site you confirm you are at least the age of majority in your state or country, or that a parent or guardian has consented to your use. You agree not to use our products or website for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

2. Products & Availability

Our products are released in limited drops. Drop 01 is in stock and ships within 2 business days. Pieces are produced in limited runs and may not be restocked once sold out. Product images, descriptions, and availability are accurate to the best of our knowledge but may be updated as production progresses.

3. Pre-Orders

From time to time we may offer a piece for pre-order ahead of a production run. Where a pre-order is offered it is clearly marked on the product page along with the expected ship window. Drop 01 is not a pre-order. Pre-order refund eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are in U.S. Dollars (USD). Payment is collected at checkout via Shopify Payments and other supported providers. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to refuse or cancel any order if fraud or unauthorized activity is suspected.

5. Order Acceptance

Your order is an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline that offer at our discretion, including for stock, payment, fraud, or geographic reasons. If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund.

6. Shipping & Delivery

8. Intellectual Property

All content on manemy.com, including logos, designs, photography, copy, and the ME mark, is the property of ManEmy LLC and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ManEmy LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that purchase.

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Material changes will be reflected in the updated date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
