Our products are released in limited drops. Many pieces — including Drop 01 — are made to order, which means production begins after you place a pre-order and may not be restocked once sold out. Product images, descriptions, and availability are accurate to the best of our knowledge but may be updated as production progresses.

3. Pre-Orders

Pre-order purchases reserve a piece against an upcoming production run. The expected ship window is shown on each product page and in our Shipping Policy. Pre-order refund eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are in U.S. Dollars (USD). Payment is collected at checkout via Shopify Payments and other supported providers. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to refuse or cancel any order if fraud or unauthorized activity is suspected.

5. Order Acceptance

Your order is an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline that offer at our discretion, including for stock, payment, fraud, or geographic reasons. If we cancel your order, you'll receive a full refund.

6. Shipping & Delivery

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ManEmy LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that purchase.
