Refund policy

ManEmy garments are crafted in Italy in limited quantities. We stand behind every piece. The terms below ensure each return is handled with the same care as the original order.

14-DAY RETURN WINDOW
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Requests submitted after this window will not be accepted.

CONDITION REQUIREMENTS
To be eligible for a refund, returned items must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- Free of damage, marks, alterations, fragrance, or odor
- In their original packaging
- With all tags, labels, and accompanying materials attached

Items that fail to meet these conditions will be refused and returned to the customer at their expense. No partial refunds will be issued.

RETURN SHIPPING
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend a tracked and insured service. ManEmy is not liable for items lost or damaged in return transit.

FINAL SALE
The following are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded under any circumstance:
- The Signature Panel Coat and all limited-edition or numbered pieces
- Any item purchased on sale, with a promotional code, or at a marked-down price

DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact returns@manemy.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photographs. We will resolve the matter at no cost to you.

HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN
Email returns@manemy.com with your order number and the reason for return. We will respond within two business days with return instructions and the shipping address.

REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. If a return causes your order total to fall below the $800 complimentary worldwide shipping threshold, the original $40 shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

EXCHANGES
We do not process direct exchanges. To exchange a piece, please return the original item and place a new order.
