Pick up a t-shirt from a mall brand. Now pick up one cut from 230 GSM combed cotton. You'll know before the tag tells you.

GSM, in one paragraph

GSM is grams per square meter — the weight of the fabric itself. Fast fashion lives at 140–160. Most "premium basics" sit near 180–200. Drop 01 is cut at 230: dense enough to hold a silhouette instead of clinging to one, heavy enough to fall straight when you move.

Weight is what oversized needs

An oversized cut in light fabric collapses — it hangs like a sheet. The same cut in heavyweight cotton keeps its line: the shoulder stays where the pattern put it, the drape reads intentional. That's why our set is oversized and heavy. One doesn't work without the other.

Cut and sewn in the Veneto

Our cotton is combed — the short fibers removed before spinning — then cut and sewn in the Veneto region of Italy, in one production run of one hundred sets per colorway. Combing is slower and wastes more raw cotton. It's also why the surface stays smooth instead of pilling by autumn.

Care, briefly

Cold wash, inside out. Hang dry. Heavyweight cotton softens with wear and keeps its weight — the set you buy is the set you'll own in five years.

Drop 01 — two pieces, black or cream, $350, free US shipping — opens in July. Reserve yours; reservations open the drop to you 48 hours early.
