Scarcity isn't a tactic here. It's the spec.
A small run means the fabric is cut once, by one atelier, under one standard. No second batch from a second mill. No quiet substitution of a cheaper cotton when volume demands it. The hundredth set is identical to the first.
It also means we don't carry dead stock, don't discount in January, don't train you to wait for the sale. The price is the price. The run is the run.
What a number does to a garment
One hundred per colorway is small enough that a set has a number, not a SKU position. Large enough that this isn't theater. We chose it because it's the size of a run our atelier can cut without compromise — and the size of a community we can actually answer emails from.
Heavyweight, oversized, unisex
Two pieces. Heavyweight cotton — dense enough to hold its drape, cut oversized for movement. Designed unisex from the first sketch, not resized afterward.
